With HAL (formerly Napbots) comes a brand new feature: you can now compare your strategies with their underlying assets straight on your dashboard.

Compare your strategies with their underlying assets

An Easier Way to Check Your Strategy Performance

Strategies on HAL trade either on a single or several underlying assets. Comparing the strategy’s return with their underlying asset(s) is an important step in assessing their performance.

The objective of this new feature is to provide you with a tool to better appreciate & analyze the performance of your strategy at a glance.

On each strategy profile, you will find a chart that shows the following information:

  • Evolution of the strategy performance (green curve)
  • Evolution of the underlying asset performance (purple curve)
  • 4 different time frames: 7D / 1M / 3M / YTD

If there are multiple underlying assets, Bitcoin is used as a benchmark.

Note that this graph reflects percentage differences relative to the base (previous week, month, year, etc depending on the timeline) and not absolute levels. This makes it easier to compare performance.

However, remember that a single metric is not enough to give you a complete overview of your strategies’ performance. To find out more about this topic, read our article “Understand Your Crypto Strategy Performance.”
